Hot Cold Plate / Thermal Platform Model T650 SPECS: 6.75" X 6.75" OR 11" X 11" Plate Temperature Range: -99/65 to +200 Deg. C LN2 or LC02 Cooled 115/230V The T650 Thermal Platforms are cooled using liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) and utilize an integrated temperature controller. With the lowest initial cost, the T650 Thermal Platforms offer an excellent value. All stainless steel chassis and with a powerful integrated temperature controller. The T650 can be ordered with the standard or optional premium temperature controller. The standard controller has the following features: Large easy to read dual display showing both the current temperature and current set point Programmable ramp to set point Standard® bus protocol EIA-485 serial communications for use with the free Configurator software interface program The premium controller has the following additional features: Programmable ramp and soak profiling. Up to 4 profiles with a total of 40 steps Modbus RTU protocol EIA-232 serial communications Second sensor for monitoring the device under test (DUT) temperature To order a T650 thermal platform system you will need to choose either a 6-3/4" X 6-3/4" or 11" X 11" thermal plate size, 115 VAC or 230 VAC input facility power, LN2 or LCO2 cooling, The standard or premium controller and the destination country so we can include the correct power cord and plug.
