What is a LRE CERTIFIED Refurbished Industrial Oven?
When purchasing industrial ovens, you generally have two choices, new or used. Now there's a third category, LRE Certified Refurbished. Although they're not new, these LRE Certified Refurbished industrial ovens are as close to new standards as you can get. Customers are given added peace of mind because LR Environmental Equipment Co. Inc. (LRE), a 40-year-old well established Company with an excellent reputation, stands behind these superior LRE Certified Refurbished industrial ovens. 

Equipment must pass, meet or be brought up to manufacturer's standards. 

Warranty: LRE Certified Refurbished industrial ovens are supplied with a 90 days parts and labor warranty from LRE. 

Certification:  A Certificate will be supplied with all LRE CERTIFIED Refurbished industrial ovens to certify that the oven has been refurbished to LRE's rigorous standards (see below).

What is Done?
The checklist below helps determine if the equipment is up to LRE’s refurbished standards, and needs repairs or part replacements. Technicians and quality-control managers will not sign off on a LRE Certified Refurbished industrial oven until it meets or exceeds all LRE’s standards.

Electrical

• Contactors and relays inspected.
• Heaters inspected.
• Fan motors inspected.
• Lights inspected.
• Wiring inspected.

Controllers

• Older style controllers without technical support retrofitted with new Watlow Controllers, which carry a three-year warranty from manufacturer.
• Wiring reconfigured to fit new controller.
• Controllers tuned for optimum performance.
• Over temperature protection controller installed if necessary.

General

• Windows inspected.
• Castors inspected.
• All sheet metal components inspected.
• Door gaskets inspected.
• Oven prepped for paint.
• Oven painted.
• Labels applied to oven where necessary.
• Oven re-tested after being painted.
• Test profiles run on to ensure reliability.  Customer supplied tests also run if requested.  Chart results available to customer to verify test results.
• Final checkout to ensure that chamber meets original manufacturers specifications.

Optional

• Extended warranty available.
• Original compressors replaced with new (even when deemed not necessary).
• Certified calibration available.
• Startup and training available.
