The SVO-9 is a large vacuum drying
oven integrated with the vacuum pump (wet or oil-free dry
pump) necessary to execute your drying, curing, bake-out
process. Delivered with the controller programmed and the
pumps installed, the SVO-9 can be operational within hours
of receiving it.
Important Features
Oven temperature is controlled via
a Watlow programmable ramp & soak controller. (Ask about
how it can be configured to automatically execute your
vacuum drying process). Vacuum levels are monitored and
displayed digitally in mTorr & Torr. Vacuum and purge hand
valves are conveniently located on the front control panel.
The purge valve is set up to allow for backfilling with
N2.The standard SVO-9 also features viton gaskets,
viewing window and adjustable shelves. The large 9 cubic
foot vessel is constructed of stainless steel.
Automate Your Vacuum Drying
Process
We can automate the SVO-9 to
execute your vacuum drying process with the push of a
button. This includes automatic opening/closing of
vacuum/vent valves, automatic backfill sequence and
temperature ramps, alarms and shut down. Our automated
systems integrate specialty pumps, traps, serial
communications and vacuum rated feedthrus based on your
