“As good as it was when it was new” D. Armstrong, Sonoma, CA: During an annual inspection on the 18th of April, 2001, the county health department found a breakout at the top of the leach field and told me that the system was in a state of failure. They then served notice that my system was in violation of the health code and the system was to be immediately replaced or repaired within 30 days. Likewise, I was to vacate the property in 30 days until the sewage system had been repaired or replaced. It was at this time that I found out about [your] technology… and learned how to rejuvenate my existing leach field. “It was my lucky day!” H. Doughty, Sebastopol, California: In the fall of 2000, my septic system was failing and was frequently backing up into the house. I called a conventional septic service. “Seeing is believing!” H. Huber, Huber Designs, New Hampshire: Seeing is believing!!!!  I checked out my tank today. This was a 25-plus-year-old failed stone bed.  2.5 weeks ago the tank was 2 inches from overflowing out of the cover and the field was completely flooded and breaking out. Today, amazingly, the liquid level in the tank is 12 inches below the invert out!  It appears that not only is the technology remediating the leach field, but is cleaning up the Biomat in the tank seam.

“I doubt I ’ll ever pump the tanks again” D. Beier, Walloon Lake Village, Michigan: In 1981, I purchased an Inn in northern Michigan that was on a septic system shared by five single family residences. Each residence had a 500 gallon tank and the Inn had two 1,000 gallon tanks. I had to pump the 1,000 gallon tanks FOUR times a year and, when my pumper came, he often had to manually break up the 6-to-8-inch gooey crust that was on the top before he could pump it. The drain field is about half of what present codes would require and buried about 3- 1/2 feet down, and when tested it had about two feet of totally saturated soil above the tiles. Your system was installed in May.  I do 50% of my business in the months of June, July and August. There is no gooey crust. I doubt that I'll ever pump the tanks again and the water in the field is barely detectable. This rejuvenation took place at our peak volume period. The water coming out of the tank looked cleaner than my bath water. P.S  July 6, 2002: After 14 months our septic system is still working great.
