Thermal Platforms, also known as thermal plates, hot plates, cold plates and hot/cold plates, are used to conductively heat and cool electronic components.

From the LN2 and LCO2 cooled T-Series thermal platforms to the Biomedical/Pharmaceutical platforms, ESS thermal platforms perform tasks of heating, cooling and maintaining set points very quickly and precisely over a wide temperature range.

T600


New hot cold plate, thermal platform T600
The T600 series of Hot Cold Plates are cooled using liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) and utilize a thermal plate with a separate temperature controller. They have the most standard and optional features available of all the T series thermal platform systems and offer the traditional form factor of a stand alone thermal plate with a remotely located temperature controller.

T650

The T650 series of Hot Cold Plates are cooled using liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) and utilize an integrated temperature controller. With the lowest initial cost, the T650 thermal platform offers the most value.

T700

The T700 is our newest series of liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) cooled Hot Cold Plate. They utilize an integrated temperature controller like the T650 thermal platforms series but have more standard features and offer the traditional thermal plate form factor like a T600 thermal plate series system.

MRTP — Mechanically Refrigerated Thermal Platforms

The MRTP (Mechanically Refrigerated Thermal Platform) closed loop system is cooled by a single stage or cascade refrigeration system. No liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) is required for MRTP thermal platforms.
