*Dimensions for all SM-2100 Series models will vary slightly depending on refrigeration system installed. Two(2) minute recovery requires larger refrigeration system.  External dimensions for all SM-2100T Series are different.  Consult factory for all dimensions of three zone models.

**Standard chambers have a recovery time of five(5) or ten(10) minutes with standard mechanical refrigeration systems.  Recovery time of two(2) minutes requires a larger refrigeration system.  All models are also available with CO2 or LN2 versions only (no mechanical refrigeration) with a recovery time of two(2) minutes.  CO2 or LN2 are also available as options to be used in conjunction with a refrigeration system to achieve a two(2) minute recovery time.
