The Model ADP-21 and ADP-31 Vacuum Drying Ovens greatly simplify the heating of samples at pressures below atmospheric. Both temperature set and readout are controlled and monitored digitally with a fast and accurate display of operating parameters. Significant features of the ADP-21/31 Vacuum Drying Ovens are as follows:
  • Precise control in a negative pressure environment. Microprocessor based three mode PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) with precise temperature control... 99% accuracy.
  • Microprocessor based safety circuit. The self-diagnostic function visually alerts users if the temperature sensor, triac or heater malfunctions.  At that time, the circuit heater will automatically turn off.  
  • Economical. ADP-21/31 is the answer when cost is a primary concern.
  • Oven lined with Type 304 Stainless Steel for ease of cleaning.
  • Valves permit inert gas purge as well as vacuum operation.
  • The LED provides fast and positive display of operating parameters. Both SET and MEASURE are controlled and monitored digitally. Purging with Nitrogen or Argon is facilitated with gas inlet valve.
  • The large observation window provides visual access to the sample, and the option of a right or left opening door compensates for any space limitation in your lab.  Both vacuum and purge valves are conveniently located on the top of the oven.
  • Maximum performance is backed by our 12 month parts warranty policy.
HiTEC® Controller
The HiTEC® Microprocessor Temperature Controller features compact and accurate control of temperature. The secondary parameter program list allows the user to open various features such as auto tuning of temperature for easy calibration, altering the proportional, integral and derivative parameters to alter the best temperature rising.
